Your mail and package(s) will be available in the locker for 24 hours following the email notification to pick up your item(s).Lockers are available to you 24/7.

After 24 hours, unclaimed mail and package(s) will be stored at the central sorting facility (General Services Building), where it will be available for another 48 hours. Recipients will be required to present their Cougar Card to claim their mail and package(s).

Monday - Friday
8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Central

Mail and package(s) are held for a total of 72 hours (excluding weekends) for pickup (approximately three business days). Unless a request to hold the mail and package(s) is made in advance via email (mail@uh.edu) and approved by Delivery Services, the mail and package(s) will be Returned to Sender (RTS) after 72 hours (excluding weekends), approximately three business days.
