Faculty & Staff Mail and Package Locker System FAQ
Your mail and package(s) will be available in the locker for 72 hours following the email notification to pick up your item(s).
After 72 hours, unclaimed mail and package(s) will be stored at the central sorting
facility (General Services Building), where it will be available for another 48 hours. Recipients will be required to
present their Cougar Card to claim their item(s).

Your items are held for a total of 120 hours (excluding weekends) for pickup (approximately
five business days). Unless a request to hold the mail and package(s) is made in advance
via email (mail@uh.edu) and approved by Delivery Services, the items(s) will be Returned to Sender (RTS)
after 120 hours (excluding weekends), approximately five business days.
