Unlock Your Potential
with CliftonStrengths

CliftonStrengths is an online assessment that helps you discover your natural talents and turn them into strengths. It offers a powerful starting point for personal growth and a common language for understanding yourself and others.

Talent is a natural way of thinking, feeling, or behaving.

Investment is time spent practicing, developing your skills, and building your knowledge base.

Strength is the ability to consistently provide near-perfect performance in a specific task.
