Employee Service Awards

Employee Service Awards recognize employees with long-term service to the 91视频 鈥� Main Campus and 91视频 鈥� System. Anniversary dates are recognized in 5-year increments beginning with 10 years of service.

If you are not listed in this year's Employee Service Awards document and believe you should be, please confirm with your department administrator your years of service recorded in PeopleSoft.

If the years in the PeopleSoft system are incorrect, you will need to complete the Prior State Service Form. Upon completion, please forward the form to Raysa Caba in HRIM.
