She joined the company in October 2023, bringing over 25 years of experience in the restaurant, hospitality, and facilities management industries.
Collins鈥� expertise spans human resources, organizational strategy, and talent development. Her work drives operational excellence, strengthens leadership capability, and fosters an engaging, high-performing culture across the company鈥檚 restaurants.
Collins also serves on the Prosper Accelerate Talent and Culture Leadership Council, which develops leaders at every stage of their careers and creates pathways for growth. She holds a master of business administration degree from Marylhurst University.
