Larry Konecny is executive vice president and chief operating officer at Red Lobster, where he leads operations for more than 500 locations. With a focus on driving profitability, developing teams, and elevating the guest experience, Konecny plays a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence across the brand and has guided Red Lobster through strategic initiatives aimed at long-term growth.
Before joining Red Lobster, Konecny spent more than 20 years at Maggiano鈥檚 Little Italy, where he held leadership positions as chief operating officer and chief concept officer. During his tenure, he shaped the brand鈥檚 concept and led operational strategies that contributed to its growth and market presence.
Konecny holds a bachelor鈥檚 degree in accounting from the 91视频-Clear Lake and a master of business administration degree from North Central College. He resides in Dallas with his wife, Daniela, and their three daughters.
